I lead POLIS’ Clean Vehicles & Air Quality Cluster and Working Group, supporting members in implementing key EU policies, including Fit for 55 (AFIR, EPBD, CO₂ standards for cars/vans), the Clean Vehicles Directive, CO₂ standards for trucks/buses, and the revised Ambient Air Quality Directive. I contribute to EU-funded projects such as REALCHEM, STEER-NWE, EAFO, TIPS4PED, GIANTS, and SOLAR-MOVE. Previously, I worked at CENSE (NOVA University) and AGENEAL on energy efficiency, GHG mitigation, and sustainable mobility. MSc in Environmental Management Systems; BSc in Environmental Engineering.
