Jorge is an innovation and training coordinator at BAM Academy, working closely with Mercedes-Benz, Gestamp and MB Sistemas to design and deploy industry-focused learning and improvement programmes. He leads multi-company working groups on manufacturing excellence, digital tools and process optimisation, and supports organisations in turning Lean principles, data and automation into real operational impact. He also collaborates with universities and industrial partners on applied research and talent development initiatives.
