He holds a degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the UPM-Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, an Executive MBA from IESE Business School, and a Master’s degree in Economics and Finance from ESADE Business School. He is an associate professor at the UPM, where he teaches courses on marine diesel engines, ship propulsion, and decarbonization.
