One to One Activity – Professional Meetings

The One to One activity is a professional meetings initiative taking place within the framework of the event, aimed at facilitating high-value, pre-scheduled meetings between participants through a matchmaking system.

This activity is managed by Andalucía Trade, a collaborating entity of the event, responsible for organizing meeting agendas and communicating with participants.

What does participation involve?

Participants who express their interest in taking part in the One to One meetings:

  • Will be contacted by Andalucía Trade for the management of the activity.
  • May receive communications exclusively related to the organization of the meetings.
  • Will be granted access to the matchmaking platform used to schedule the meetings.

The activity is carried out using the technological matchmaking platform b2match, which supports the organization and management of professional meetings.

What data will be shared?

Only the data strictly necessary for managing the activity, such as:

  • First and last name
  • Company and job title
  • Professional email address
  • Professional information relevant for matchmaking purposes

Who processes the data?

  • Andalucía Trade will act as the data controller for the personal data of participants in the One to One activity, in accordance with its own privacy policy.
  • Participation in this activity is voluntary and does not affect attendance at the event.

Legal basis

The legal basis for processing the data is the participant’s explicit consent, granted by selecting the corresponding checkbox during the event registration process.

Participant rights

Participants may withdraw their consent at any time prior to the start of the activity and may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, and any other rights provided under applicable data protection regulations, as outlined in Andalucía Trade’s privacy policy.
