Dr. Roman Stiftner is Managing Director of the Austrian Non-Ferrous Metals and Mining & Steel Associations. As Director-General of EUMICON and Vice-President of Euromines, he shapes EU raw materials policy. He holds Board roles at European Aluminium and European Metals, and he is President of the European Shippers’ Council and Austrian Logistics Association (BVL). He holds a doctorate from TU Wien. He is a lecturer and frequent speaker on industrial value chains, sustainability, and logistics.
