A telecommunications engineer with a master’s degree in logistics, an MBA and currently studying for a law degree, he began his professional career in telecommunications companies. In 2007, he was Director of the Algeciras Bay Logistics Zone (ZAL). In 2018, he became CTO of the Huelva Port Authority, a position he currently holds. He is a member of the DTLF representing HuelvaPort and Europlatforms, of which he was Secretary General from 2014 to 2019.
