Bosco Serrano Valverde is Sustainable Fuels Manager for Aviation and Maritime at Transport & Environment Spain, where he leads the organisation’s national work to decarbonise the shipping and aviation sectors, with a particular focus on scaling up e-fuels. He joined T&E’s Spanish office in 2024 after four years in Brussels working across EU environmental and climate policy roles. Bosco holds degrees in Law and Political Science from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and completed postgraduate studies in legal practice as well as a Master’s in International Relations at Utrecht University.
