Dr. Arteche received his PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oviedo in 2004. From 1999 to 2007 he worked at the European Organisation for Nuclear Research (CERN) in Geneva and Imperial College London. During this time, he was involved in designing the power supply system for the CMS experiment and the LHC particle accelerator. In 2007 he joined ITAINNOVA, working on power converters, energy storage systems and EMC for electric vehicles and particle accelerators.
